Cold Weather Boost
Full of vitamin C and warming herbs like turmeric, cinnamon and ginger - this smoothie will help you say “bye bye sniffles”. Cause we know you ladies have NO time for that. We love that this smoothie has a kick. If you need to tone it down, halve the turmeric and ginger, or double up on the mango, or add raw manuka honey to make it more sweet.

INGREDIENTS
½ CUP FROZEN MANGO
1 BANANA
1 CUP NON-DAIRY MILK
1 T CHIA SEEDS
½ T TURMERIC
½ T CINNAMON
½ T GINGER
3-4 ICE CUBES
OPTIONAL: 1 T MANUKA HONEY AND/OR LEMON JUICE
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend for about 2 minutes.
Pour, sip and enjoy!
