Sometimes life can feel anything but harmonious. The interesting thing is, we can achieve it at any given moment. Imagine that we have that kind of power and that anything other than harmonious would then be a choice.
What if you could train yourself, simply by carrying a Penny in your pocket as a reminder?
Every time you see a penny, take a moment to Breathe, and think about something you are Grateful for.
There are so many reasons for what feels like chaos, that can create an imbalance, anxiety, or even depression. Much of the time we have complete system overload, with the technology age, we have enormous amounts of information coming at us all the time, and this concept of urgency and everything needing to be immediate. Feelings of not being able to catch up, too much on our plate, etc., can spark feelings of overwhelm and feelings of not being good enough. It is so important, to have triggers that remind us to be present and be grateful and to help us change a negative thought to a positive one.

What if you came from the knowing that you truly are doing your best, and that your best is truly good enough. What if you quieted the chatter in your mind and you focus on what you are doing, moment by moment and you have the thought that you are doing your best and you are grateful for this thought.

What if something as simple as focusing on what you are doing, while having a positive thought, could be the key? This is a practice, however, when applied, could bring tremendous results.

I find it fascinating that simply doing what you are doing and paying attention to it, could bring Harmony into your life.
Particularly during the Holiday Season when life and obligations seem to be on high demand, it is so important to focus on what’s most important in our lives.

Simple Steps to a Harmonious and Grateful Life
Step 1:
Place your Harmony Apothecary next to your bed with a cup of pennies.
Step 2:
As you feel your eyes open for the first time in the morning. Just lay there for a moment. Feel your breath inhale and feel your breath exhale. Do this a few times, while clearing your mind.
Step 3:
While still focusing on the inhale and the exhale. Think about what is most important to you, think about how you want to feel today and be present with that thought and in gratitude.,
Write it down and place in your jar with a penny.
Step 4:
Every time you see a penny, think about how you started your day -Breathe- effortlessly and in Gratitude. (you can even put one in your pocket, and every time you feel or see it, it reminds you to Breathe)
Step 5:
If you are having a bad day, know that the world is a better place with you in it, simply by Be-ing you.
Step 6:
Know that through this daily practice of Gratitude, life will shift subtly, and you will feel the miracle you are to this world.
Step 7:
At the end of your day, repeat steps 2 and 3, let yourself be filled with Gratitude and feel the Harmony you are creating in your life.
